Greetings, brethren, in Yahweh s Mighty Name. The Feast of Tabernacles is fast approaching. We hope that you have already begun making plans to attend the upcoming feast with Yahweh's people, to worship Him in obedience to His command in Leviticus 23:33. These commanded feast days are a blessing to all who attend and they are a vital part of the growth of the individual believer. It is at this time that the edifying of the body of Messiah takes place. We are all part of that body - each with a job to do - and we should use the gift that Yahweh has bestowed upon us to help edify the assembly. Prepare your mind and attitude before you come to the feast. We are to be like-minded as we come together in love and compassion for each other, with one goal - and that is to serve Yahweh and to serve each other with joyful hearts. That is our duty to our fellow man. If we come to serve rather than to be served, we will have a joyous feast. It is the Feast of Ingathering and we are the firstfruits of Yahweh's spiritual harvest, James 1:18. We should come together with thankful hearts for the blessings that Yahweh has bestowed upon us over the past year. We should shut out the world during the time that we are here and let Yahweh's spirit unite with ours to help make us more like Him.
