Greetings Brethren,

The new moon that starts the seventh month, ethanim, was seen in the Nebraska, California, Commonwealth of Dominica, Pennsylvania, and Maryland (with aide).  This means that tonight and tomorrow are the blessed Yom Teruah.  Have a blessed feast before Almighty Yahweh!

Leviticus 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, shall be a solemn rest unto you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.  25 Ye shall do no servile work; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yahweh.

Numbers 29:1 And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing of trumpets unto you. 2 And ye shall offer a burnt-offering for a sweet savor unto Yahweh: one young bullock, one ram, seven he-lambs a year old without blemish; 3 and their meal-offering, fine flour mingled with oil, three tenth parts for the bullock, two tenth parts for the ram, 4 and one tenth part for every lamb of the seven lambs; 5 and one he-goat for a sin-offering, to make atonement for you; 6 besides the burnt-offering of the new moon, and the meal-offering thereof, and the continual burnt-offering and the meal-offering thereof, and their drink-offerings, according unto their ordinance, for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Yahweh.

Feast Dates for the Seventh Month
Feast of Trumpets - September 8th
Day of Atonement - September 17th

Commonwealth of Dominica

Greetings Jim,
Five in Dominica saw the new moon this Saturday night. Two of the witnesses were elders.
Shabbat Shalom,

Frystown, Pennsylvania

Shalom James,
Yahweh's Frystown Assembly spotted this very thin crescent through the haze. Jake and Daphne Meyer saw it with their naked eyes, and most of our crowd of 24+ saw it either through binoculars and on Alex Jay's theodolite (surveying telescope.) Praise Yah and may He pour out His Spirit on His people. Blessed Yom Teruah! KDJ

Fresno, California

This is to verify that 4 witnesses saw the new moon this evening at 7:50 p.m. in Fresno, CA. Three viewed it by the naked eye, and one wore corrective lenses.

Hi Jim
I was in Omaha with Gary and Stacie last night and I was able to spot the new moon. I visually eyed it for at least 30 seconds before the haze got it. Gary and Stacie and Merrett got glimpses ofd it from time to time but not a real
long sighting like I did. By the time I tried to show them were it was it was in the haze.
Shalom,

Westminster, Maryland

Greetings,
My wife Dianne and I saw the new moon from Union Mills , Maryland at about 8:45 pm EST tonight, September 7, 2002. There was a haze in the west so the moon was visible only with binoculars. It was a very thin crescent, but distinct. If the sky had been clear, it would have been visible to the naked eye.
