Shalom brethren,

The tenth new moon was successfully seen in many locations including Jerusalem, Israel.  Here in Jefferson City, Missouri it was easily seen in a beautifully clear sky.  My daughter Veronica who is now three years old even pointed it out without much help.  Usually she just points to the sky but she is gradually learning to recognize the new moon.  Praise Yahweh for these everlasting signs that we can share with our children, one day she will be able to figure out Yahweh's feasts from such things.  Yahshua Ha Mashiyach is seen in our children!  I was blessed to get some pretty clear pictures across the Missouri River.  The last picture is of the Jefferson City Capital building which was only about 30 degrees east from where the new moon was visible.

The following list of brethren in need are new requests for prayer this month.  Please remember these dearly loved brethren in your prayers: Ntomba Dimitris Clovis - infection in his lungs.; BJ McDonald - melanoma and lesion on his brain.; Robert - suffer a heart attack.; Tomas Gomez - many health issues and some chemical addictions.; Marie Harris - dear mother-in-law of Berry Rose, in need of Yahweh's healing spiritually and physically.; Grant Bierman - searching for employment.; Steven Clement Bader - needs Yahweh's hand to be on his family.; Robert Cross - wife requests Yahshua's spirit to bring Robert to Yahweh.; Arnold - A closer walk for me and my family, Sabrina, Erin, Tony, David, Derek, Joshua, Rudy and Jackey my wife.; Spunky Babie (actual name); Lucy - problem with the blood, pray that all fibre and cells in my body may be normal in Yahshua's authority.; Janice Coffey; Latif - has Thrombotic Thromocytopenic Purpura (TTP), Sickle Cell disease and diabetes.; and the many brethren sick with the flu.

Sister Marie Harris would like to thank you for your prayers, she has been healed of her infirmities.  She will continue to be on the prayer list because she requests Yahweh's help in all things.  Marie is a very dear elderly woman and is excited by your prayers and the will of Yahweh in her life.

If your family or friends would like to be included on the prayer list please fill out the form at the bottom of the Prayer Request page.

Yahweh bless,

James A. Meyer

Rocheport, Missouri

Hi Jim,
Dennis & Dee Clinch saw the new moon from our house here in rural Rocheport. I am sick so we didn't go to the assembly to look for it. It really is big and clear, unlike most new moons this one was easy to spot.
Yahweh Bless
love Dee & Dennis

HalleluYah!

Elizabeth City, North Carolina

Hi Jim! Well, Andrew, Abby, Hannah and I saw the new moon here in Elizabeth City tonight! It was quite orange again -- not the silvery-white sliver I am used to. It was very easy to spot, mid-way between the horizon and the evening star(?). We consider it a real privilege and a blessing to be able to witness it, as it happens so infrequently around here! Say hi to Laura, and
Yahweh Bless you all!
Katherine and Andrew

Roseau, Dominica

Just to inform you that I was able of spotting the 10th new moon on Wednesday evening 24th December 2003 here in Roseau, Dominica at 6:50pm ECT(-4 GMT) after about a 45 minutes search or there about. Due to much cloudiness, it took me sometime before being able of sighting it.

Shalom,

Venus, Texas

Hello, Jim,

The skies are cloudy over the Venus, Texas area this evening, so it is not possible to sight the tenth New Moon crescent which was already confirmed from Yisra'el, the place where YHWH's Word is confirmed.

Shalom,

The Gary McDaniel Family

LBJ Ranch, Texas Hill Country

Shalom to all:
Near the LBJ Ranch, Texas Hill Country: Due to an ever thickening cloud deck, it is not possible to view the new moon in this area. May Yahweh bless and keep you all.

Danville, Virginia

Brother Jim,

We were unable to view the new moon on 12/24/04 due to cloudy skies. It has been some time since we have been able to site the new moon and it is always a thrill when we do. Enough that we keep looking.

Shalom,

Berry Rose,

Crawfordsville, Indiana

We did not see the new moon tonight 12/24/03. We have a great place to watch
for it, but there was heavy cloud coverage with light snow flurries. We live
in Crawfordsville, Indiana now. I know the crescent is there, it is big
enough to see. Someone will see it! Shabbat Shalom Happy New Moon Sabbath!
Bro. Warren Smith, Yahweh's Refuge Assembly.

Cisco, Texas

Three observers in Cisco, Texas, were unable to see the new crescent tonight due to clouds in the western sky. Our thanks to all who took time to look for it.
