Greetings Brethren,

The twelfth new moon of the scriptural year was seen in many places on February 2nd at sunset.  Praise Yahweh through Messiah Yahshua for your reports.  They are an encouragement to all the brethren who are spread over the broad landscape of Yahweh's creation.  Many of the brethren say that this was their first new moon sighting and we share in that excitement as with each new moon we see the hand of Yahweh at work in our lives.  Yahweh gives at the beginning of a scriptural day once every 29 or 30 days a visible sign of the new month.  The simplicity and beauty of this synchronization makes an undeniable statement that our creator has set into motion a calendar by which we can follow Him from even the most remote regions of the earth.

Genesis 1:14 And Elohim said, Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years: 15 and let them be for lights in the firmament of heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 16 And Elohim made the two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 17 And Elohim set them in the firmament of heaven to give light upon the earth, 18 and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and Elohim saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.

Lets pray for Yahweh's guidance in all things and praise Yahweh for all that He has revealed.  This is the revelation that we seek, spoken of to Jeremiah by Almighty Yahweh.

Jeremiah 33:2 Thus saith Yahweh that doeth it, Yahweh that formeth it to establish it; Yahweh is his name: 3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and will show thee great things, and difficult, which thou knowest not.

The restoration of Israel and Judah from the captivity of this world is something to keep in our mind as a goal which we have not earned but is a gift of Yahweh through Yahshua the Messiah.  Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the free gift of Elohim is eternal life in Messiah Yahshua our Master.

Yahweh Bless,

Shalom and Greetings my friends from Stuttgart, AR in the name of Yahshua Messiah. I spotted the new moon for the first time in years. It was a little cloudy but visible for a short time. I give praise to Yahweh for this moment because every month I miss out on seeing it and I was just very happy to see it.

I saw the crescent moon in the western sky early in the evening on February 2nd. Even though there was some high cloudiness in the sky, the moon was definitely visible. I live in Centre County, Pennsylvania, near State College.

Hi All,
We had a overcast sky tonight. So we could not see the New Moon of course. Israel was not able to see the New Moon either because of the cloudy sky they had. They should been able to if the sky was clear. So today is a New Moon day. The 1st day of the 12th month. Have a nice New Moon day all.
Everett Lee Larned

Las Vegas, Nevada

This was my first new moon sighting. It occurred AT 5:27 PM (17:27). I was so excited I rushed from my viewing spot on the eastern hills of Las Vegas to show it to my wife and son. I don't think they were as excited as me. Since I have no shofar to blow announcing its arrival I simulated it with my lips. Let all our lips praise Him for each new month, as well as each new
day and year.
Shalom
