Thursday, May 1, 2003 Greetings Brethren, May 2, 2003 at sunset please take time to look for the second new moon of the biblical year. This new moon should be visible in most locations tomorrow night. Send your new moon report positive or negative sighting to New Moon. Your report will be shared with other brethren of like faith through the new moon update that will follow a positive sighting. These sightings are also posted for all interested to read on under "What's New" on the Paleo Times website. I pray that you had a blessed Feast of Unleavened Bread. As a family we traveled to visit with many brethren in the east this feast. We kept the first holy day with brethren in Ashville, North Carolina. Elder Frank Brown ordained Elder Woodrow to Shepard the group of brethren in the Ashville - Hendersonville area. It was a nice gathering and we met many brethren. After the first Sabbath of the feast we proceeded up the coast to Virginia Beach keeping the weekly Sabbath as a family studying both Sampson's trials and triumphs and Yahshua's memorial and resurrection. After leaving the coast we were given the opportunity to spend time with my wife's family, southeastern Pennsylvania. The feast gave us a way to witness to those who don't understand Yahweh's law hopefully putting a few seeds of truth in their minds. For the last Sabbath of the feast we fellowshipped and learned with the brethren of Frystown, Pennsylvania. Elder Jacob C. Meyer gave a prophetic message on the two doves and the meaning of the doves that descended on Yahshua after his baptism. Glen Eberly (not sure on the spelling) gave a message on the value of freedom warning against the wasting of such an tremendous gift. These two messages can be requested from Yahweh's Assembly in Messiah, www.yaim.org. The weekly Sabbath was kept with my family in Chickasaw, Ohio. We attended with a group in Dayton, Ohio and had a interesting discussion on the topic of Passover. Daniel, the pastor of the assembly, spoke on the many efforts that he has been doing to get the word of Yahweh out to the masses. He setup a stand at the local market to distribute literature and discuss the many issues of salvation. And now we are home, it was a great feast and we enjoyed all the brethren. Many of the brethren we met for the first time. It is a thrill to see Yahweh's family growing in Messiah Yahshua's example. One of the examples of Yahshua that made a huge impact on those that followed was the healing of those who had ailments. It is written that the prayer of the righteous availeth much so please take time to consider the following brethren in your prayers.
