Monday September 5, 2005 Greetings brethren, Awaken Oh Israel! The seventh new moon (Ethanim) has been sighted in Australia, Iraq, Israel and South Africa earlier today. The trend will continue as the sun begins to set in the United States later today. The Memorial of Trumpets has a special place in my heart because it often comes down to desperately searching for Yahweh's sign. One day we will see the coming of Messiah at a similar time. We will all be looking and his sign will appear as written in Matthew 24:27, "For as the lightning comes from the east, and is seen even in the west; so shall be the coming of the Son of man." We must keep our eye on Messiah Yahshua and keep our feet on the narrow path of Salvation. It is a life long practice fulfilled through prayer and endurance. Matthew 24:13, "But he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved." I pray you have a blessed Yom Teruah (Memorial of Trumpets). Awake Israel! is an article on Yom Teruah, if you have an article you would like to add please write. As the article presents Teruah is a specific sounding of the Shofar. The following is a recording of that sound: Shofar - Teruah. Play it until your heart is content! There are many more new moon reports yet to be added. Please add your new moon report through the New Moon Report form. We all appreciate your reports.

Myerstown, PennsylvaniaNO SIGHTINGS.... WESTERN SKY HAD CIRRUS CLOUDS AND SOME HAZE. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SUNSET, HOWEVER... SHALOM, ALEX & CREW Roseau, DominicaGreetings dear friends in Messiah! From a Dominica stand point, I stood at the mouth of the Queen's River running through the capitol facing west from 6:15pm (4 minutes before sunset) until 7:00pm looking, searching intensely for the 7th new moon this evening and it was to no avail. I just did not see it in spite that the sky was so clear. Not often the sky does be all that clear to us here in Dominica for the 7th new moon search. Shalom in Yahshua, Augustus Paul Roseau, Dominica |
