Greetings brethren,

I pray brethren that you had a blessed Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread.  Today is the 14th day in the omer count to Shavuot.  That means that there remains only 36 days until Chag Shavuot (Feast of Weeks).  Tomorrow evening marks the end of the month of Abib and the beginning of the second Scriptural month.  The new moon will easily be seen in many parts of the globe tomorrow as can be seen in the illustration below.  The northern hemisphere has the best opportunity to see the new moon tomorrow.  Israel is likely to have a report of a successful sighting.  Please submit your new moon reports online through the new moon sighting submission page.
