Tuesday December 12, 2006 Shalom Brethren, Sister Sharon Overman passed away Monday morning after a two-year battle with Ovarian Cancer. Loretta, Sharon's mother, has been there for her daughter throughout this difficult time. Our prayers are with Sister Loretta and Dick Overman. Sister Loretta's faith is a blessing that shines through her words that in Messiah Yahshua we see a coming resurrection for Sister Sharon and the many brethren resting in Messiah. We look forward to the resurrection of Yahweh’s elect and the reunion of love that binds our thoughts and minds toward obedience. Yahweh bless, James A. Meyer Sister in Messiah RestsDear Friends and brethren, I want to thank you all for your prayers and for my daughter Sharon Overman, and all the e-mails. She passed away yesterday morning in her sleep, after a long night of labored breathing. She was home in her own bed and I was with her until the end. She battled Ovarian cancer for two years, and we are comforted that she is sleeping in Yahshua, and has no more pain and suffering. She was only 42 years old and had no children. Sharon was immersed in Yahshua's name just before Passover and attended the FOT this year with me at Pickett State Park, TN. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we know she has the hope of the resurrection and that comforts us. Love in Yahshua, Loretta |
