Tuesday February 5, 2008 Shalom Brethren,
I pray that you are doing
well. It seems like just a few months ago we were celebrating the Feast of
Tabernacles and already we are starting to look for the twelfth new moon.
The end of the twelfth month will possibly start the count to Passover if Abib
is found in Israel. The new moon determines the beginning of the month
while the Abib determines the beginning of the year. The Abib search will
be conducted by Nehemia Gordon and many brethren that join the search in Israel
around March 8th.
As can be expected the Abib
search can costs money because of the logistics involved. Consider helping
support the search by donating to the Abib search fund.

Twelfth New Moon
The twelfth new moon will
likely be seen easily on February 8. There is a marginal possibility
depending on conditions that the new moon will be seen on February 7. Please
take the time to look for this new moon and submit your reports online at New
Moon Report.
