Wednesday January 9, 2008 Shalom Brethren,
Blow the Shofar! Visibility of the eleventh new moon here in northeastern Virginia was great for
this time of the year. We had showers in the morning and clearing skies as
the day progressed. At 4:45PM we started watching the sunset which was a
beautiful red and orange glow. At 5:30PM we first saw the new moon about
15 minutes after the sun had set below the horizon. Attached are the
pictures from the sighting. New moon reports will continue to be added as
they are available.

University Hospital in serious condition. Thanks for all your prayers."
I pray that you have a blessed new month.

New moon evening greetings to each and all!
I have this Wednesday evening 9th January 2008 seen the new moon of the Bible
11th month Sebat (Shebat) at 6:26pm, as much as 35 minutes after sunset, all due
to scattered clouds which hindered what would have been an earlier sighting.
While to some that a new year has already begun, what was January 1st new
year's day last week Tuesday in the eyes of those who don't know better, was on
the Bible calendar the lunar 21st day of the Bible 10th month Tebeth. How great
it is indeed to know the Bible correct way of things as Yahweh meant it for us
way back from Genesis 1:14.
HalleluYah!

After avoiding and getting through December's falseness, it sure was nice to
see the truth of the new moon. 5:36 EST. Strong cold winds cleared the sky for
the show. Warm greetings, David Shields
